My version of a summer crash diet.

Summertime and bikini season are approaching fast so I have decided to do this 7 Day Detox by Peter Bennett, N.D and Stephen Barrie N.D. In case your wondering N.D. means that they are naturopathic doctors. As you can see in the video above I have gained 15-18 lbs of fat. This is the first time in my life that i have had to lose weight. My current weight is 136.2. I have had to buy bigger clothes, even my shirts are tight. I have body fat everywhere.

So I know there is so much on the internet i wanted to humiliate myself so you could see a real person and my attempt at losing 15 lbs of body fat in the flesh. Just remember to drink lots of water, staying hydrated is one of the most important steps. Video will be posted above if I can bring myself to actually post it……..

Kevin Trudeau recommended this book in his Natural Cures book and I really like it. You can also just do it even if you do not need to lose weight, to give your body a cleanse. I will be posting a new video each week and also updating you on all the ways to lose weight. You only need to pick one that resonates with you and follow that individual program or solution.

I personally do not believe in starving myself with a crash diet or that it is healthy, because you will just gain the weight back. Learning to eat differently is the key.  Once you eliminate sugar,white flour and soda from your diet not only will you lose weight you will feel better too.

Crash-Diets 2012

If you are overweight than there is an excellent chance that your body is not producing enough digestive enzymes, causing you to gain weight, feel bloated, have gas, indigestion and constipation. You can go to your local health food store and get more information on this product.

Crash-diets are a thing of the past. Cravings alone will drive you crazy and they could actually be very unhealthy.

One of the most important things you need to do to lose 10 lbs or more in a week is to clean your colon. Cleaning your colon will dramatically increase your metabolism. Kevin Trudeau in his book Natural cures says that you should get fifteen colonics in a 30 day period. What he does not tell you is that this cost over $1000.00. So my advice would be to purchase a package of three sessions this should cost less than $120.00 (search for a place that offers a do it yourself process or head over to ebay and buy a colema board so that you can do this in the comfort of your home )and do this within a 7 day period. You could also do an enema. This may sound gross however it works.

By getting rid of the embedded toxins in your colon this is another way to actually increase your metabolism. In the 7-Day Detox Miracle which does not include crash-diets it states that 60 percent of our immune system is in our intestines. Do some kind of colon cleanse,this is very important Undigested Food that is left in your intestines will produce toxins that get reabsorbed into the blood stream. This one step alone could help you lose 10lbs in a week.

Drinking half of your body weight in water everyday is also very important. If you weigh 160lbs you should drink 80oz of water a day. First thing in the morning you should have a glass of purified,filtered.or distilled water,this starts your body’s metabolism and cleansing.

Ideally if you want to lose weight you want to limit or eliminate dairy. products. This includes cheese,milk and butter. If you have any dairy products make sure that they are organic otherwise they will have growth hormones in them which will slow your weight loss.

Eating breakfast is also an important fact. ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’ remember that saying? It’s important to have at least one organic apple a day, they are loaded with nutrients and fiber and normalize your blood sugar levels and actually more important they decrease your appetite.

Next eliminate white sugar. Do not use a man made sweetener. If you need to use something in your coffee use Stevia a natural herb. It comes in a liquid or packets just like the fake stuff.

Do not eat bread. White flour mixed with water forms a paste and clogs your intestines. Try if yourself, mix flour and water and you will see that it will harden almost like cement. If you have to eat bread get something that is whole grain.

Cut out all caffeinated and carbonated beverages like soda,coffee and tea.

Do not eat after six pm. Your liver needs a chance to process and filter all the food you have consumed during the day. Give your digestive system a rest.

Last but not least eat organic grapefruits all day long, there is actually an enzyme in grapefruit that burns fat.

Once again it is important to state that crash diets will usually end up causing the person to gain all the weight back and then some.
