My version of a summer crash diet.
Summertime and bikini season are approaching fast so I have decided to do this 7 Day Detox by Peter Bennett, N.D and Stephen Barrie N.D. In case your wondering N.D. means that they are naturopathic doctors. As you can see in the video above I have gained 15-18 lbs of fat. This is the first time in my life that i have had to lose weight. My current weight is 136.2. I have had to buy bigger clothes, even my shirts are tight. I have body fat everywhere.
So I know there is so much on the internet i wanted to humiliate myself so you could see a real person and my attempt at losing 15 lbs of body fat in the flesh. Just remember to drink lots of water, staying hydrated is one of the most important steps. Video will be posted above if I can bring myself to actually post it……..
Kevin Trudeau recommended this book in his Natural Cures book and I really like it. You can also just do it even if you do not need to lose weight, to give your body a cleanse. I will be posting a new video each week and also updating you on all the ways to lose weight. You only need to pick one that resonates with you and follow that individual program or solution.
I personally do not believe in starving myself with a crash diet or that it is healthy, because you will just gain the weight back. Learning to eat differently is the key. Once you eliminate sugar,white flour and soda from your diet not only will you lose weight you will feel better too.
